Matric, Hotel Management Diploma
5 Years Experience in managerial role
Ensure that all Front Office Procedures are consistently adhered to by all staff
Ensure that all Front Office is aware of all Orion Policies and Procedures.
To ensure that the Front Office Manager constantly trains his/her staff according to Procedures.
Implement new Procedures and update existing procedures as and when necessary
Constantly monitor occupancy levels and forecasts and ensure published rates are in line with Forecast(Peak / Low season rates)
Check daily postings on the Night Audit reports
To ensure the correctness of Rates, Credit limits, payment confirmations and the accuracy of GUEST details.
To ensure that all departure accounts has been closed out and prepared for Direct Billing where necessary
Ensure that the Banqueting coordinator at all times liaise with Front Office and Reservations regarding bookings for Groups and Conferences
To ensure that proper records are being kept of person entering and leaving the Hotel.
Ensure that GUEST feedback is obtained by means of GUEST’S questionnaires.
